Tired

This week I am tired. I have been running around like a chicken with its head cut off. Sorry that's just something I always grew up hearing and saying.. Maybe a star valley thing. Anyways I'm exhausted work is great though I really enjoy it. I have loved getting to know the residents and there families. I have recently been so tired that when I lay down I pass out. I  love that I am so busy and I love that I'm working. It really is taking a toll on my body! My back kills me by the time I get off and my legs are covered in bruises from hitting them on wheel chairs. I'm not complaining I'm just letting you know I'm working hard at a job that most wouldn't want to do. I have been reading the residents life stories. It really makes it easier to help them knowing where there have been and the amazing this they have done for the country and their families. Sometimes I get frustrated but then I just tell myself they really appreciate everything I try to do for them even if they can't say it. We have the sweetest old man that barley responds when we talk to him but every night after we put him in bed and say goodnight we can always count on hearing his deep voice say "goodnight". Honestly I could be having the worst day and to hear him say that just makes it so worth it. He is so sincere in the way he says it, it instantly puts a smile to my face! Not to mention when after a hard day my boss calls and thanks me for doing the best I can. Really makes my day! 

I also got my birthday gift early from Michael!! I'm no longer dark with an ombré! I'm light brown and long!! Michael loves it! And so do I! Sarah at studio 170 did an amazing job!! Audrey and I went to a bees game in salt lake and then to city creek! We honestly walked around all of our favorite stores and dreamed of being rich to buy all the things we wanted haha! We seriously got so excited to see that anthropology had a sale rack!!!!! Haha we are nerds! 

Michael comes home so soon!! I am serious so excited!! Then we get to pick up his cute daughter Boston! I have missed  her so much!! Things are going really well I work the rest of the week but then have Friday off and I'm going to spend it at the pool with Jen! :) much needed break!
