Attractive Wife

I found a blog this morning of a girl who wrote about being an attractive wife.  I found her post to be very helpful. She talked about the little things that we say or do as a wife that can make us an unattractive wife. I found myself doing so many of the things she said we shouldn't do! I really thought long and hard about what she wrote and decided to start applying it to my life.

I am going to start embracing the little pay check big memories way of life! Michael and I may not have a lot of money right now. We are young and just starting out so instead of complaining about not being able to do what other couples get to go do that we don't or complaining about the vacations to cool places we don't get to go on. This is a time to enjoy the ramen noodle dinners and Netflix. Its a time to embrace that going on a vacation might be out of the picture for  a while but spending the whole day in the pouring rain at a ball game can be just as good if not better than going on a trip somewhere tropical.

Instead of complaining about not getting pregnant. I need to start enjoying the the quiet nights alone with my best friend. I need to stop letting 'baby talk' run my life. Its only now that I see how talking about not getting pregnant and constant doctors appointments is not only wearing me down but Miichael too. He already has enough stress! Michael is my biggest support system and sometimes I get carried away.

I could compliment more! Michael loves it when I say nice things about him. He absolutely loves getting compliments. He will fish for them all the time and I think its just the cutest thing. Im going to try to be better at complimenting him because he truly is amazing and needs to know that every day!

So we don't we have a lot of money and we don't have life figured out just yet. But we are learning and growing together. I am going to try to be a more attractive wife for Michael and I think it would be good for all wives to think about.

We are a happy and in love young couple and I couldn't be happier about that! This way just the random thoughts bouncing around in my head after reading that blog post blog!
